The Red Ball pathway is the first colour ball pathway for juniors. The Red Ball age bracket are for ages 5-8 Years Old with the Red Ball having only 25% pressure which will help and progress them through the first stage of the Drive Tennis Training Pathway.

With a smaller court & lower net, the Red Ball Pathway is for developing the tactical and technical fundamentals of playing tennis involving hand eye coordination, footwork, agility and reaction times which can also help with other sports & life.

The Orange Ball pathway is the second colour ball pathway for juniors. The Orange Ball age bracket are for ages 7-10 Years Old with the Orange Ball having only 50% Pressure which will help and progress them through the second stage of the Drive Tennis Training Pathway.

The Orange Ball pathway is for developing the tactical and technical fundamentals of playing tennis involving agility, balance, foundational strength, footwork & the introduction of matchplay/points.

The Green Ball pathway is the third colour ball pathway for juniors. The Green Ball age bracket are for ages 9+ Years Old with the Green Ball having 75% Pressure which will help and progress them through the third stage of the Drive Tennis Training Pathway.

The Green Ball pathway is for developing the tactical and technical fundamentals of playing tennis involving speed/agility, balance, foundational strength, footwork & the introduction of matchplay/points.

The High Performance Green Ball pathway is a competitive colour ball pathway for juniors that are looking to play UTR Tournaments, Junior Pennants & Tennis Australia Junior Tournaments. The High Performance Green Ball age bracket are for ages 9+ with players that are passionate and dedicated for the game of tennis. The High Performance Green Ball will have 1.5 Hour long lessons with drills relating to tactics, techniques, footwork, speed/agility, match strategy, point building & strength & conditioning. All players will get 1-1 supported feedback by the Head Coach with their game. 

The Yellow Ball pathway is a pathway for junior open players looking to play social tennis or getting into competitive tennis such as UTR Tournaments, Junior Pennants & Tennis Australia Junior Tournaments. The Yellow Ball age category are for players that are 11+. The Yellow Ball will have 1 Hour long lessons with drills relating to tactics, techniques, footwork, speed/agility, match strategy, point building & strength & conditioning. All players will get 1-1 supported feedback by the Head Coach with their game. 

The High Performance Yellow Ball pathway is a competitive pathway for junior open players looking to play competition such as UTR Tournaments, Junior Pennants & Tennis Australia Junior Tournaments. The High Performance Yellow Ball age categories are for players that are competing in 12/u, 14/u & 16/u. The High Performance Yellow Ball will have 1.5 Hour long lessons with drills relating to tactics, techniques, footwork, speed/agility, match strategy, point building & strength & conditioning. All players will get 1-1 supported feedback by the Head Coach with their game.
