Our High Performance Group Lessons are designed for competitive/tournament players looking to elevate their game. The training provided is based on a focused environment, improvement of strategy, fitness, and mental toughness. Sessions include advanced drills, match play, and expert coaching to help you compete at the highest level with confidence.

Our 1-1 private tennis lessons offer coaching based on your skill level and goals. Whether you're a beginner or a tournament player, you'll receive a faster progression with customised drills, tactics and technique based on the player.
